- Refund & Cancelation policy — In the event Guest wishes to terminate this agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is as follows:
Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 8 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 8 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued." - Delivery policy – no items are delivered. no delivery policy applies
